I just came acroos thess pics from my travels and I have to this is the best hole in the wall by far.....First off, they are only open Wed or Thurs. thru Saturday....They are located in Knoxville,TN. The reason they are not open the other days is because they cook the meat for 16 hours a piece. They serve slabs of ribs, beef and....Thats pretty much it....They have a choice of a few, and I mean few side items....But all in all I literally make a 3 hour drive every chance I get (or if my wifes in town on business she'll Fed-ex, just one rib....) to just taste the sweeeet barbque.....That's Some Good BarbQue!!!
